Main Responsibilities主要职责
1. Develop manufacturing processes for new parts, specify the wheel, diamond, honing stone, hard turn insert, develop the parameter and program for manufacture process。
为新产品开发制造过程， 包括确定砂轮，金刚修整器，垳磨油石，车刀；开发加工参数和程序。
2. Create and maintain the technical guideline and standard for new manufacture process development. Validate and verify the applicability of machine tooling, gauge and abrasive wheel, make analysis reports accordingly.
创建和维护新产品开发过程中的各种技术准则和标准. 确定并验证设备，工装，量具，砂轮的适用性，并提供分析报告
3. Create work instruction and training manual, train technician on site. Provide instruction for manufacturing process， operating procedures, tooling setup, changeover, work holding, etc.
编写作业指导书和培训手册，并培训现场技师. 提供关于加工过程，设备操作，工装设置，换型等的指导说明。
4. Resolve quality issues along with developing solutions to reduce scrap and rework, train and direct engineer and technician for efficient troubleshooting tool and thinking, such as 5 why, 6&, A3 etc..
通过提供方案，解决影响质量的技术问题以减少报废品和减少返工，培训和指导工程师和技师使用有效的工具和思想去解决问题，比如5个为什么，6&，A3 等。
5. To identify the gaps，provide the proposal and lead the continues improvement of process, equipment and reduce cost, collaborate with plant technical resources (Mfg. Engineering, Systems, Reliability, etc.) on cross-functional process development and problem-solving . Use Lean principles as a means to improve the related problem.
确认改进机会，提供方案并领导关于加工过程，设备和减少成本的持续改进项目，进行跨部门合作去开发合适的流程和问题解决方案。应用精益原理和方法对相关的问题进行改进。
6. Attend or take charge the technology or process improvement related of TQM activities.
对加工设备和加工过程定义持续改进的机会并提供可行的方案，参加或负责TQM的改进活动。
7. Map out technical agreement for new equipments purchase with working with purchase department and US expert. New manufacturing grinding equipments runoff/ installation / start-up.
和美国专家一起起草新设备的技术协议，以用于新设备的采购。负责新加工设备的安装，调试，试运行，验收等。
8. Responsible for process capability assessment, analysis and improved suggestion of responsibility area. Process tracking using SPC tools with Cp/Cpk or Pp/Ppk data in periodical report.
负责加工过程的过程能力的评估，分析并提供改进方案和实施。以上工作通过SPC工作得到CP/CPK或者是PP/PPK 数据来开展相关工作。
9. Lead and work to improve the OEE, enhance the availability of equipment by reduce the setup time and adjust time, quick change over, standard work etc.
领导并致力于提高OEE, 通过减少设置和调整时间，快速换型，标准作业等去达成目标。
10. Ability to organize, evaluate and summarize experimental data, monitors and manages the day-to-day engineering project including developing short and long-range goals, coordinating activities with other department.
有能力去组织，评估和总结相关数据，管理和监控日常的技术项目， 包括制定短期和长期目标，并在过程中和其他部门进行合作。
11. Conducts advanced and complex engineering and related studies, evaluates alternatives, makes recommendations and presents reports to the Department Manager.
管理一些前期的和复杂的技术研究工作，评估可行性，制定解决方案并提交报告。
Skill Competence Requirement 技能要求
1. Work in mechanical manufacture related environments, have the experience of hard turning, milling, grinding process, work for the programme, trouble shooting and improvement.
机械加工方面的经验，车，铣，磨等方面的加工经验，包括编程，问题解决和改进等。
2. Good skill in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, UG etc.
3. 熟练使用办公软件，AutoCAD, UG等。
4. Good communication skill. Good English communication of oral and write.
良好的沟通能力.良好的英语口头和书面能力。
5. Experience in Universal grinding, roller grinding, face grinding, bearing ring grinding, or super finisher in a production environment is preferred.
有轴承磨削工作经验优先，包括内外园磨削，端面磨削，滚子，轴承圈的磨削，垳磨加工经验等。
